Wow, today was probably the toughest SMH moment I’ve ever had to come up with. I mean, literally, there was like nothing out there yesterday. So I had to dig down deep to find something, and I emerged with the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. Going into yesterday, this team was undefeated and ranked #12 in the country. And yesterday, they proved just how overrated they are, and how bad the ACC conference is as a whole. The Yellow Jackets went down to the Virginia Cavaliers of all teams, 24-21. Yes, those same Virginia Cavaliers that haven’t been good in forever.
This truly is embarrassing for an undefeated football team to fall to UVA. Yeah, it was a road game within conference play, but still. There’s absolutely no excuse for losing to Virginia. Any team that loses to Virginia should just give up hope with everything, and just drop their football program off the map. UVA is simply a team that you should not lose to. Like I said, they haven’t been relevant in a long time. I don’t care if they’re actually above .500 this year. The point is, this team is still garbage, a non-contender in the pathetic football conference that we call the ACC, and quite frankly, this game shouldn’t have even been close. But instead, GT lets the underdog hang around, and that’s when bad things usually happen. So shame on Georgia Tech, and hopefully I see them drop completely out of the top 25 in the next poll. OVERRATED big time.
